Leadership
Reuven Mirlis
Reuven Mirlis is the Founder and CEO of Fintap, an alternative small-business financing platform he built from the ground up. As CEO, Reuven oversees all facets of the business, leading a team of 34 professionals across underwriting, operations, risk, and portfolio management.
Since inception, Fintap has provided more than $300 million in financing to over 5,000 small-business owners across 100+ industries throughout the United States, while maintaining strong and consistent collections. Under Reuven’s leadership, Fintap has also raised over $135 million in institutional credit facilities.
In addition to Fintap, Reuven—through his holding company Ruby Holdings—has syndicated extensively across other funding platforms. This operating track, combined with deep industry relationships and underwriting expertise, enables Panoramic Group to access differentiated deal flow with attractive risk-adjusted return profiles.
Prior to founding Fintap, Reuven was a proprietary trader at Chimera Securities. He holds a B.A. with honors from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Steven Galapo
Founder & Partner
Steven Galapo is an entrepreneur and investor who's focus with the firm will be in capital raising and investor relations. He is the Founder and CEO of Galapo Diamonds, a well-established diamond and jewelry wholesaler through which he has completed nearly $250 million in transactions over the course of his career.
Steven is widely regarded as a disciplined and respected operator with a strong reputation for integrity, execution, and relationship building developed through years of business management and operation.
In 2024, Steven launched K2 Capital to gain exposure to the alternative small-business lending market. He has worked closely with Reuven through Ruby Holdings as a syndication partner contributing capital, analysis, and strategic perspective.
Prior to entering the diamond trade, Steven earned a B.A. in Finance from Baruch College and worked at Bernstein-Greenberg an options market maker on the New York Board of Trade.
